Perfectly Simple Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1
    Good Nature® Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 pinch
    kosher salt & freshly ground pepper

OVEN

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pat tenderloin dry with paper towels; rub with oil and season liberally with salt and pepper. Place tenderloin in an uncovered roasting pan and cook approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes. Slice and serve.

GRILL

Preheat grill to medium-high. Pat tenderloin dry with paper towels; rub with oil and season liberally with salt and pepper. Place tenderloin on grill and cook approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from grill and let rest 3 minutes. Slice and serve.
